| Scott Johnson: Scott Johnson’s artistic expertise is known in his hometown of Detroit, Michigan. He has exhibited his work in numerous exhibitions and has placed high in city-wide competitions. He currently shows his work in the Absolute Gallery of Lansing, Michigan. Inspired by the drawings of comic books in his youth, art and drawing soon became a passion. Johnson studies, practices and toils at his craft on a daily basis. At age fourteen (14), he drew and sold his first picture and from that point on pictures would become his new found devotion. Johnson has attended numerous art schools to date, but has found that allowing his own, natural talent to come through has been the most effective form of art. Self-motivated and self taught have created the current image portrayed in his art. Wanting to satisfy his hunger to produce artwork, Johnson has continued to practice and create images on a daily basis. See the portfolio. |
